-
Yes! We do provide everything for your pet’s stay but you are welcome to bring anything from home that will make your pet more “at home.”
-
Our job is to make sure that your pet is happy, healthy, and, most of all, safe while in our care. We use the same routine every day, starting with breakfast then play time. Every suite is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected and bedding is changed. Fresh water is provided 24/7.
The kennel is monitored during the day for any additional cleaning, then at the end of the day there is afternoon feeding and medication, playtime, and final clean up. Your pet will quickly adjust to our schedule and every visit will be consistent!
-
First and foremost, we are pet care professionals. We are trained to notice anything out of the ordinary with your pet. We have someone on site 24 hours a day.
Consider the “what ifs” if your pet is left at home — fire, illness, power outages, major storm, injury, or burglary? While staying at Fur Seasons Pet Resort and Spa, not only is your pet not home alone, but he or she is busy making new friends (pets and people) while being professionally cared for.
-
We can give any oral or topical medications you provide for your pet, but we do not administer injectable medications.
For any medical concerns, please speak directly with our staff to ensure we can accommodate your pet safely.
-
Absolutely! We’re more than happy to provide any treats or meals you’d like to send along. We also offer an option to use our house food for your dog during his stay.
-
Your pet will spend the majority of their stay in their enclosure unless you select a playtime or exercise option from our additional service menu.
-
While we don’t stay with the pets overnight, we have an on-site staff member who lives here year-round. Each evening, our staff member ensures all our boarders receive a final potty break, a health check, fresh water, and a special bedtime treat!
-
Should your plans call for long-term boarding in excess of thirty days, please contact us for special rates.
